Every Ksubi short sits on one page: Kut Offs in denim, Trooper and Troop cargos, the Slouch and Bolter traks, the 1999 boardshort. Denim or not is the first fork, length is the second. KUT IT SHORT ++
KUT OFF, CARGO, TRAK
The Kut Off is what the page is built around, and it is exactly what the name says: a jean taken off at the leg rather than a short designed as one. It runs in Flight Blue, Vapour, Kulture Krystal, Maverik Krystal and Liberty Blue Plaid.
Around it, the denim keeps going in other shapes. Empire Short and the Elle Short in Frenchie Blue, the Elle Short again in Babes Blue, Chopper in Karma Trashed, Anti K in Portland Blue, Maxx Operator in Stagelight and Rise N Hi in Authentik.
Then everything that is not denim. Trooper Cargo in Woodland and Troop Cargo in Sand Camo, the Slouch in Maverick, Chalk and Venice, the Bolter Trak in Ecru, 1999 as a Life Short and a boardshort in black, and the Derby in Hunter Plaid.
How to narrow it down:
- Denim or not, the Kut Offs and the Elle behave like jeans on the body, where the traks and cargos are built to move.
- Wash or camo, denim shorts are named by wash, cargos by camo, so the naming tells you which half of the page you are in.
- Cut, not hemmed, the Kut Off is finished raw at the leg, which is the point of it and why no two wear the same.
Wear it hard and make it Ksubi.
