Men's jeans in six leg shapes, skinny through bootcut, across the silhouettes the brand is built on. Choose the leg first: the wash changes every season and the cut does not. LOADED DENIM ++
The Silhouettes Hold
Denim ranges usually reorganise themselves every season. This one does not. The same handful of cuts have carried the brand for years, and the fit menu at the top of this page is the fastest route through everything below it.
Chitch is the slim that built the name. Van Winkle runs harder and narrower. Maxx and Bronko carry the baggy end that leads the range now, and Vorteks sits in the raw camp for anyone who wants to put the fade in themselves.
Because the cuts are stable, your size is stable too. Once you know you are a Chitch, you are a Chitch, and the only thing left to decide each season is the finish.
The six shapes on this page:
- Skinny and slim, the closest fits, where Chitch and Van Winkle live
- Straight, a clean line from knee to hem, the least demanding cut in the range
- Baggy, volume held the whole way down, stacking over the shoe, currently the busiest end
- Bootcut and barrel, the two shaped legs, one opening at the hem and one curving out then back in
Pick the leg you actually wear. Everything after that is finish.
The Wash Is The Signature
Black Rebel, Black Blur, Pure Dynamite, Raw Idols, Astral Grid, Krow Krushed, Seattle Blue. These are not colour names. Each wash is developed like a colourway on a sneaker, named, finished, and retired when its season ends.
It is why two pairs in the same cut can look nothing alike, and why buying a fit you already own in a wash you do not is a reasonable thing to do rather than a duplicate purchase.
It is also why waiting rarely works. A wash that sells through is not re-cut, so the finish you are undecided about has a shelf life that the fit underneath it does not.
The rotation most people land on is a raw pair for clean days and a krushed or blurred pair for everything else, both in the leg they already know. Baggy fits are the busiest end of that, and denim that is reduced is where a second wash costs least.
